As one of the real estate’s rising young superstars, Whitney Didier has built an impressive resume and roster of coveted awards to her credit; but more importantly, she enjoys connections with a loyal, discerning clientele. From her auspicious beginnings, first as a member of the highly-acclaimed Bracha Group at Douglas Elliman (one of the top teams in the U.S.), and then as a founding member of KW NYC, Whitney demonstrated a remarkable talent for closing multimillion-dollar sales of residential and commercial properties. The Centurion, Azure, Lot 14, Loft 45, Cassa Hotel and Residences, Extell's 120 West 58th Street, 49 Chambers and Park West Village are among her illustrious history of exclusives; though her extensive knowledge of NYC real estate spans a vastness of co-ops and condos citywide. 

Whitney’s reputation as a consummate results-driven professional blossomed even further when she rejoined Douglas Elliman in 2013 and formed her own top-producing team with an exemplary record of service. She has continued to prove her talent and achieve many milestones, doubling personal sales volume every year. In 2016, Whitney built an exclusive inventory of listings over $285 million and has received Elliman’s Pinnacle Award for the past eight consecutive years. Other notable achievements include selling a celebrity’s 2,300 sqft one-bedroom condo at The Park Imperial which sat on the market for over 4 years for $5.7 million just months after taking the listing. Whitney also gained the exclusive agency for the 4-building CPW Towers complex at 372, 382, 392, and 400 Central Park West owned by The Chetrits and Larry Gluck, where she singlehandedly raised the average condo sales price from $1,300 to $1,700 per foot. She achieved the highest sold price per foot at Moinian Group’s 123 Washington Street, sold out Crown Acquisitions The Residence of Ocean Avenue in less than 9 months; and currently, she is listing the largest asset in New Jersey next to The Frick Estate, the European-inspired 84 Glen Alpin Road in New Vernon priced at $39 million amongst other high-end exclusives between New York and New Jersey.

Whitney's background in Olympic development sports, product development, and licensing – not to mention her relentless drive for excellence – set the stage for a successful real estate career. She has continued relationships with the city’s leading owners/developers and serves many Manhattan owners and investors seeking to sell/purchase single units or large-scale commercial properties. Whitney has an intimate knowledge of the market, and a big heart that keeps her actively involved in numerous causes. She currently serves on the board of MBPNF which benefits kids with cancer, plus is active in gaining her Series 6.
