We met Whitney in 2012 when we decided to buy our first place in Manhattan. Since then, we've purchased two condos and rented out our first purchase with Whitney and team. Having a well knowledgeable team is important in the Manhattan Market with all the product out there. We were looking to move to a bigger space now having two children and owned a primary and investment property at the time. Whitney provided a strategy which led us to four transactions. We sold the two condos in tandem with purchasing adjacent units and combining in the building we had so hoped to be in and raise our family.
